However, our pricing information as well as a totally free and no obligation price quote is available simply by calling or emailing us. In lieu of providing our prices here, we've put together a list of money-saving tips that you can take advantage of when you decide to book a trip with us. We hope these help you a lot in your planning process, and help you to save some real concrete funds that you can put towards your party!
PARTY ON A WEEKDAY. When possible, plan your
trip with Tucson Party Buses on a Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday. You're always going to get a
lower rate on those days since there's less demand as well as lower traffic and therefore a lower cost
for fuel! Not every company will offer you a lower price at these times, but Tucson Party Buses always
does.
DRINK AT A DISCOUNT. You can easily shave off
some serious dollars by choosing lower-priced alcoholic beverages to make your mixed drinks in the bus.
At the same time, if you're bar hopping, you may prefer to spend a little more on the alcohol that
you're stocking our bus bar with, and then you will be able to spend less at the bars.
SPLIT THE COST. Renting a party bus is always
cheaper when you split the cost amongst your friends, and nobody minds paying their share when there's
such a great time to be had! The amount of value that you receive for your money is just unbelievable,
and it's even more so when you're only paying a fraction of the full cost.
It may be initially unclear how calling us early can save you money, but the reason is availability. If you call at the last minute, we'll do our best to accommodate you, but if we're booked solid, you might have to settle for a lower-quality and higher-priced party bus company instead of us. Calling at least two weeks in advance, or earlier if you can, will ensure you the best price and availability!
